How It Works
Market cap grows → it burns
Every uptick lights the cherry. The cigarette burns down and ash drops into the tray in real time. The tray itself grows on a logarithmic scale with market cap — early gains move it a lot, later gains move it a little, just like the chart.
Market cap falls → it gets cleaned
A vacuum cleaner rolls in and sucks the ash back out of the tray. The bigger the dip, the harder it sucks. No ash means no history — the tray shrinks back down with the cap.
Every burn is visible
When the buyback bot actually burns tokens on-chain, the cherry flares, sparks fly off the tip, and BUYBACK & BURN is stamped across the cigarette.

The Ash Chronicles
Ash is the only honest record — it exists only if something was really spent. Every night the Janitor comes to take it back. The story is told one chapter at a time, each chapter unlocks when the market cap reaches it — and every time a new chapter opens, the night shift gets paid.
